Innovative Therapy Concepts is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist at Texas Orthopedics in Austin. New grads are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do:

  • Treat a diverse orthopedic caseload, including pre- and post-operative patients, athletes, and active individuals of all ages

  • Work in a modern, team-oriented clinic that supports continuous learning and professional development

  • Deliver hands-on, patient-centered care that prioritizes outcomes and connection

Work Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • No weekends or holidays – enjoy your time off!

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Starting salary: Approximately $70,000 for new graduates, with increases based on experience

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including many benefits active on Day One

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the State of Texas

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Passion for outpatient orthopedic care

  • Open to new graduates or experienced therapists alike
