Overview

Revitalize Physical Therapy is growing and now hiring a Physical Therapist for a Pelvic Health-focused outpatient role in Hales Corners, WI. This is a full-time position (36–40 hours/week) designed for someone passionate about women's health and holistic care.

Caseload

  • 100% Pelvic Health caseload

  • One-on-one patient care only — no aides or assistants

  • Full-time PTs treat no more than 36 patients/week

Work Schedule

Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday
One evening per week required (until 7:00 or 7:30 pm)
No weekends and no major holidays
Flexible schedule determined collaboratively

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay Range: $37–$57/hr, depending on experience
Benefits include:

  • CEU Reimbursement up to $1,000/year

Requirements

Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PT in Wisconsin
Interest in Pelvic Health is essential
New grads encouraged to apply — mentorship is provided
Must have 36–40 hours/week of availability
