Wellness Works Physical Therapy is growing, and we're inviting a passionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our close-knit team in beautiful Santa Fe. Our PT-owned private practice offers a relaxed, supportive environment where you can thrive—complete with private treatment rooms, two gyms, and a strong sense of community.
Whether you're an experienced PTA or a recent grad eager to get started, this full-time role offers the mentorship, flexibility, and patient focus you’ve been looking for.
Your Role: One-on-One, Purpose-Driven Care
Treat 8 to 9 patients daily in one-hour, individual sessions
Focus on orthopedic, sports, geriatric, and wellness clients
Use your clinical expertise in a setting that encourages connection and results—not rushed care
Schedule & Flexibility
Clinic hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Full-time = 36 to 40 hours per week, with options for 4 or 5 workdays

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly rate: Up to $35/hour, based on experience

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Holds or is eligible for a New Mexico PTA license
Is excited to work full-time in a patient-first environment
Has strong manual skills or is eager to develop them
Is a new grad or has 2–3 years of experience—both are welcome
