Job requirements

Job Requirements:

• Eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

• Must have a minimum of two years of prior experience as a PT in an outpatient setting.

• Prior managerial experience or an interest in managerial / leadership is preferred.

• Prior experience or an interest in Dry Needling is a bonus but not required.
